What kind of project is it?

Look for a config file if you are not sure. Next.js has next.config. Vite has vite.config.

Does it need to save information?

Names, signups, notes, applications. A page that only displays text does not.

Does it need logins?

Accounts, so one person sees their own information.

Will you take payments or donations?

A donate button counts.

Do you have a custom domain?

The address you bought, like yourorg.org. The free host link is enough to start.
